Message Types
Our program sends two categories of messages. Each requires separate, independent consent via an unchecked checkbox on our opt-in form:
1. Transactional / Informational Messages
Account notifications, customer care, appointment reminders, program updates, and other service-related communications from DKB SELLING CO LLC (DBA: Solar Begins).
2. Promotional / Marketing Messages
Special offers, exclusive content, event announcements, new program launches, and other promotional communications from DKB SELLING CO LLC (DBA: Solar Begins).
Consent & Opt-In

All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Our text messaging services are supported by all major U.S. carriers including but not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, and others.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Liability & Disclaimers
DKB SELLING CO LLC (DBA: Solar Begins) is not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or any other issues related to the transmission or receipt of text messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
By subscribing to our SMS services, you acknowledge and agree that DKB SELLING CO LLC (DBA: Solar Begins) will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from or related to the use or failure to receive any text messages. Your use of our SMS services is at your own risk.
